Healthy Relationships
Healthy Relationships will encourage you to look at all types of relationships in your life, including relationships with partners, parents, friends, ex-partners, children and others you interact with. It will encourage and support you in achieving a clearer understanding of relationship dynamics and your own wants and needs. The program will also give you tools and strategies to develop positive relationships in all parts of your life.

Week 5: Boundaries
Week 6: Fair Fighting
Week 7: Moving On
Week 8: Developing and Maintaining Positive Relationships
Week 9: Closure and Evaluation
The Healthy Relationships program is guided by participants. A flexible and informal format is used to encourage group discussion. Participants' comfort level with personal sharing is respected. Giving information about personal experience is NOT required to be a participant in the group. At no time are you "put on the spot" or questioned about your experiences.
Healthy Relationships is offered once a week for 9 weeks. Each session is two hours long with a fifteen minute break in the middle.
