Kick Butt for Two
Quitting smoking is a very healthy step to take when you are pregnant, for you and for your baby.
Kick Butt for Two is an 8-week program with meetings once a week. It is designed to help you reduce or quit smoking. You will learn about the health effects of smoking on you and your baby, and receive information and support to help you “kick the habit”. You’ll find out why you smoke and about other, healthier ways to deal with stress.
