Life Skills & Personal Growth

You have a baby to care for but you also want to do things for yourself to make your life better. At St. Mary's Home, we want to give you the tools to be self-sufficient and to live independently as you care for your baby.

Both you and your child win if you achieve goals that are fulfilling for you.

We can help you learn life skills, including:

  • Support to stay in school or go back to school
  • How to deal with stress and how to cope if you get upset with your baby
  • How to manage your money and stick to a budget
  • How to have good relationships

We want to help you grow as a person, as well as grow as a parent.
